Zedd – Find You ft. Matthew Koma, Miriam Bryant

Song: Find You

Artist: Zedd feat. Matthew Koma & Miriam Bryant

Album: Find You – Single (2014)

Download: iTunes

Official Video: YouTube

Silent love is calling faith
To shatter me through your hallways
Into echoes you can feel
And rehearse the way you heal

Make them dance
Just like you
Cause you make me move
Yeah you always make me go

I’ll run away with your footsteps
I’ll build a city that dreams for two
And if you lose yourself
I will find you

High on words we almost used
We’re fireworks with a wet fuse
Flying planes with paper wheels
To the same achilles heels

Make them dance
Just like you
Cause you make me move
Yeah you always make me go

I’ll run away with your footsteps
I’ll build a city that dreams for two
And if you lose yourself
I will find you

Open up your skies (Turn up your night)
To the speed of light (Turn up your night)
Put your love in lights (Turn up your night)
I will find you

Make them dance
Just like you
Cause you make me move
Yeah you always make me go
Yeah you always make me go

I’ll run away with your footsteps
I’ll build a city that dreams for two
And if you lose yourself
I will find you

Yeah you always make me go

Turn up your night
Turn up your night
Turn it up, turn it up

I will find you

Make them dance
Just like you
Cause you make me move
Yeah you always make me go

Linkin Park On Their New Heavy Single ‘Guilty All The Same’ Feat. Rakim

Guilty All the Same

Linkin Park surprised fans today (Mar 5) with the release of “Guilty All The Same,” the debut track from their forthcoming untitled album. The song mysteriously showed up in Shazam user’s news feeds tonight. Tagging any Linkin Park within the mobile app revealed a link titled “Listen to the New Single” (listen below).

The reason we went with this single first is that we think it’s a good look into the DNA of the record that we’re putting out this summer,” co-frontman Mike Shinoda told Radio.com of the guitar-shredding 6-minute track.

A few months ago I was making some demos and writing this stuff and it sounded like something that you could play on the radio,” Shinoda explained. “I listen to a lot of indie music… and I was listening to the demos and thought, I don’t want to make any of that music. What is it that’s not out there right now that I’m all about, that I’m fired up about that is a void? It ended up being this new material.

He added, “It’s louder; it’s more visceral than probably anything we’ve done recently. And we’re all really proud of it.”
The song features an epic intro, which at first listen could be mistaken for that of labelmate, Avenged Sevenfold. But nearly three minutes into the relentlessly hard rocking song, legendary MC Rakim can be heard spitting a few rhymes.
That’s like one of my idols,” exclaimed Shinoda. “If you get into the nitty-gritty of his rhyme pattern and the topic in this song, it’s bananas what he is doing. He’s on the some Steve Vai s*** vocally.

It really is a highlight of the song,” added Chester Bennington.

For this new chapter in Linkin Park’s recording career, they’ll eschew mainstream alt-rock in favor of returning to their much edgier roots. Shinoda explained the music and passion on this record are rooted in the band’s earliest memories of their favorite punk rock bands, those bands weren’t afraid to try something different. “There’s an energy, an aggression and a meaning, like this attitude that I’ve got something to say and I need to get this out,” he said.

Linkin Park will hit the road with Thirty Seconds to Mars on the 25-city Carnivores Tour, kicking off August 8 in West Palm Beach, FL and wrapping up September 19 in Concord, CA. They play the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine on September 11th and the Hollywood Bowl on September 15th. (Radio.com)

Coldplay Announces Release Date for ‘Ghost Stories,’ & Listen New Single ‘Magic’

Magic by Coldplay

Coldplay has quietly unveiled “Magic,” the first single from their anticipated new album “Ghost Stories.”

The album, the British band’s sixth, will arrive May 19 via Parlophone/Atlantic Records. Fans who pre-order “Ghost Stories” will receive an instant download of the new single, which can be streamed at youtube.com/coldplay.

News of Coldplay’s new album release comes a week after the outfit dropped the atmospheric track “Midnight” — and its trippy clip.

“Magic,” like “Midnight,” is a more introspective production which veers well away from the radio-geared, stadium-rock works which helped make Coldplay a household name.

“Ghost Stories” is the Chris Martin-fronted group’s first album since 2011’s “Mylo Xyloto.” In August of last year, the band released “Atlas” from the soundtrack of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”

A deluxe edition of the “Ghost Stories” CD, featuring three bonus tracks, is available exclusively from Target at target.com/coldplay.

Coldplay will support the album with a headline slot on the opening night of the inaugural US iTunes Festival at SXSW on March 11. The performance will be streamed live and on-demand worldwide for free via the iTunes Store. [via BillBoard]

Dash Berlin Remix Zedd’s “Find You”

Published on Mar 2, 2014 Zedd ft. Matthew Koma & Miriam Bryant - Find You (Dash Berlin Remix)

Just days after Zedd released an acapella version of his popular single, “Find You,” Dash Berlin leaked his own remix of the hit on ASOT 650 Radio. Scrapping the slow intro of his Russian counterpart, Berlin masks the piano riffs with a series of throbbing synths and an intensity that changes the soul of the track. The “Find You” Dash edit still preserves Matthew Koma and Miriam Bryant’s harmonizing voices, so integral to the progressive atmosphere of the track, but his version definitely kicks the mix up more than just a few notches. What was once a big room worthy Zedd single has now gained traction as an even bigger rework, paving the way for more remixes to come. [dancing astronout]

This Song is taken from RAN’s 4th Album, Hari Baru.

Lyric:

asalkan kita trus percaya
sadari semua makhluk tercipta
tuk saling dapat menjalani hidup ini bersama

Setiap detik yang kau jalani
oh sungguh sangat berarti
jangan pernah kau sia-siakan
semangat yang masih terpendam
jangan biarkan tenggelam
marilah arungi arus kehidupan

Tak semua orang bisa punya kesempatan yang sama
andaikan engkau dapat membuka mata

Kita bisa rasakan bahagia
asalkan kita trus percaya
sadari semua makhluk tercipta
tuk saling dapat menjalani hidup ini bersama

Jangan engkau ragu
aku disini untukmu
walaupun tak slalu di raga yang sama

karena ku pastikan menghampiri
badai pun takkan menghakimi
sinarnya kan menjaga
jelas arah kita

Kita bisa bila percaya
mewujudkan mimpi-mimpi kita bersama
kita kan raih bahagia
mengubah semua harapan menjadi nyata

Kita bisa rasakan bahagia
asalkan kita trus percaya
kita kan raih bahagia
tuk saling dapat menjalani hidup ini bersama

New Single: Midnight by Coldplay

Midnight by Coldplay

Label: Parlophone, Atlantic

Writer: Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland, Will Champion, Jon Hopkins, Chris Martin

Producer: Jon Hopkins

“Midnight” is a song written by Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland, Will Champion and Chris Martin of British alternative rock band Coldplay along with producer Jon Hopkins. The song was originally recorded by the band for their sixth studio album. A music video for the song was released on 25 February 2014.

The song was recorded by the band during sessions for their sixth studio album in 2013, at their purpose-built studios The Bakery and The Beehive in North London, England, both originally constructed for work on their two previous studio albums, 2008’s Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends and 2011’s Mylo Xyloto respectively. Chris Martin’s recorded vocals for the song were put through a vocoder. The song is built around an original composition written in 2003 by producer Jon Hopkins.

A 5-minute music video for “Midnight”, directed by Mary Wigmore, was premiered on music video hosting service Vevo at 6pm UTC (Midnight in Ulan Bator, Mongolia time), on 25 February 2014. The video was shot nearly in its entirety in hyperspectral imaging and negative imagery, incorporating various visual effects.
